Project Scope
This project focused on the development of Interactive Electronic Technical Publications (IETPs) for a Small Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) in compliance with both the S1000D international specification and the JSG-852 Indian defense standard. The objective was to deliver modular, structured, and reusable technical documentation and illustrations to support the UAV’s operations, troubleshooting, and maintenance throughout its lifecycle.
The scope of work included:
- Analyzing and validating customer-provided engineering and source data
- Creating XML-based content structured as per JSG-852 and S1000D specifications
- Developing high-quality 2D illustrations and 3D animations from STEP CAD files
- Delivering fully interactive documentation through an IETM Viewer, enhancing usability and user experience
